TEEP workshop at ABPS, Jagdishpur, Amethi

EDUCOS training and consulting LLP organised a workshop - Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Program on May 22, 2018 for Primary wing teachers of Aditya Birla Public School, Jagdishpur, Amethi.

It was attended by 22 participants who are qualified teachers with an average teaching experience of 20 to 25 years. Most of them are currently teaching in junior / middle grades. 

The training focused upon integrating innovative pedagogical methods in day to day teaching besides typical classroom method. It focussed on including more activities and evidence based education and step away from rote methods.The participants were very interactive  and shared best practices. Other modules involved training and discussion on prevention of violence at schools.

It was a great opportunity for us to organise and conduct this workshop at the school. We are looking forward to the next workshop for senior wing teachers to be organised in month of July 2018.
